Jim Autenreith

Jim Autenreith is Vice President of the Industrial division at Moody Rambin. Jim’s area of expertise is in the industrial and investment sales sector of the Commercial Real Estate market. Jim handles many types of transactions including tenant and buyer representation, property disposition, build-to-suit evaluations, sale lease back and investment sales. Jim has over eight (8) years of experience as a broker and owner in commercial real estate. Jim thoroughly understands the inn’s and out’s of the lease and sales process providing his clients with not only market data but also personal insight from being an owner with a passion in real estate.

Prior to joining Moody Rambin, Jim worked at NAI Houston specializing in Industrial and Investment brokerage. Before NAI, Jim worked for The Scotts Company where he was consistently a Top Ten Producer. Furthermore, Jim was the recipient of the prestigious CEO Star Leadership and Comeback Territory awards.
