Joseph Hayford

Joseph Hayford is a Sales Associate with Sitar Company, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in New Jersey.  Joe joined the company in 2023.  In his role as a Sales Associate, Mr. Hayford specializes in industrial and multifamily sectors of the commercial real estate business. 

Prior to joining Sitar Company, Mr. Hayford was a sales representative with Tverdov Housing in New Brunswick and has over 4 years’ experience managing mixed-use commercial and residential real estate.  He has also been personally involved in rehabbing properties.

Mr. Hayford is a licensed New Jersey salesperson.  Joe received his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Kinesiology from Rutgers University, and was recruited by Rutgers to play football, after first attending Montclair State University and playing rugby for MSU.  He is a member of several real estate investing clubs and is involved in several local community drives to give back to the community.
