Melissa Matovsky-Whalen

Melissa Matovsky-Whalen is a Senior Director with Sitar Company, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in New Jersey.  Melissa joined the company in April 2023, and she is a seasoned professional in the field of commercial real estate, bringing over twelve years of expertise in property management, leasing, and sales.

With a diverse range of experiences, Melissa has successfully leased various types of properties.  Her comprehensive understanding of the leasing process and meticulous attention to detail enable her to tailor solutions that perfectly align with her clients' needs and objectives.  As a relationship builder, Melissa places great importance on fostering strong connections with her clients. By developing a deep understanding of their goals and preferences, she ensures the provision of outstanding service with a personalized approach.

Ms. Matovsky-Whalen is a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson.  She received her degree in social sciences from Brookdale Community College and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at Thomas Edison State University.  Melissa is also a certified holistic health and wellness coach, with an emphasis on yoga.  Beyond her professional endeavors, Melissa has a special interest in fostering children and actively supports initiatives that aim to provide a nurturing environment. She believes in giving back to her community and is active with the Boys & Girls Club of Monmouth County, the local food pantry, and Habitat for Humanity.
