Philip Meoli

Phil Meoli is a Senior Director with Sitar Company, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in New Jersey.  Phil joined the company in 2023.  In his role as a Senior Director, Mr. Meoli specializes in the leasing and sales of restaurants, retail, warehouse, and multi-family properties. 

Prior to joining Sitar Company, Mr. Meoli was a sales representative with Elan Pharmaceuticals, a co-instructor at Dale Carnegie Training, and a licensed securities broker.  In addition, Philip was the Owner and Broker of Record at Maximus Realty in Park Slope, Brooklyn from 2002 until making the transition to Sitar.  

Mr. Meoli still acts as a landlord, developer, and manager of both residential and commercial property in New York.  He was involved in the development of Barclays Center in Brooklyn, the multi-purpose indoor area and home to the Brooklyn Nets of the NBA and the New York Liberty of the WNBA.

He holds both New Jersey and New York broker licenses.  Phil received his Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Economics from State University at Albany.  Phil owned and operated two successful restaurants and has competed on nationally televised reality cooking shows, Chopped and Re-Wrapped, both on the Food Network.  Mr. Meoli is involved with the Toys for Tots program, and he enjoys spending time with his three children, cooking, gardening, and attending sporting events.
