Tim Weber joined Hanna Commercial Real Estate (formerly HER Realtors – Commercial Real Estate Services) as an agent and commercial and investment real estate specialist in 2005. As a licensed Realtor and Senior Commercial and Investment Real Estate Specialist, Mr. Weber has actively represented hundreds of clients throughout Ohio in the successful sale/lease and investment into millions of square feet of retail, office, office/warehouse, and commercial investment properties. Tim has built a solid reputation of serving clients in this community through his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always putting his client’s needs first.

Mr. Weber has a background in business ownership and has a strong knowledge of financial analysis and valuation strategies. Tim understands that market conditions business owners and investors face every day in Ohio can be fluid. That history of business experience helps Tim and his clients build successful relationships for near term and long-term success. Mr. Weber is passionate about helping his client’s complete real estate transactions that meet their goals. He has continued to leverage his know-how and experience to exceed his client’s expectations.

Tim is an active member of the Commercial Real Estate industry with affiliations with ICSC – The International Council of Shopping Centers, CCIIR – The Columbus Commercial Industrial and Investment Realtors, and the National, State and Local Associations of Realtors. Mr. Weber has chaired the YPN and CORPAC committees for Columbus Realtors and has helped raise tens of thousands of dollars to help protect property rights for property owners throughout Ohio.
