Kathryn Harper

Kathryn has been in the real estate industry her entire career. Most recently she joins us from CBRE where her team managed approximately 8 million square feet of commercial property. Previously Kathryn held a position as Executive Manager with RAM; she was responsible for assisting with all facets of financing for existing and new commercial developments, including land loans and construction loans. Her responsibilities also included financial reporting for large Commercial Class “A” Properties and all aspects of property management.

Kathryn’s background in property management and construction goes back more than 35 years. A California transplant, Kathryn has lived in Las Vegas for more than 27 years. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. A dedicated public servant, Kathryn served as a mentor and fundraiser for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and her running team raised more than $200,000 for the organization. Kathryn holds a Nevada Real Estate License as well as a Nevada Property Management Permit and has a Master’s Degree in Exercise and Physiology.
