Jeremiah Lay, CCIM

Jeremiah Lay has been a licensed NM  real estate broker since 2005. He specializes in commercial investment real estate, agriculture real estate, and  ground-up development.  

Jeremiah Lay’s extensive knowledge of the New Mexico Commercial Real Estate market is complimented by thorough analysis, property marketing skills, site selection experience, and the vast network of resources he has at his disposal.  These qualities, along with a strong work ethic, have enabled him to be a leading commercial broker in southern New Mexico.

Jeremiah  is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and holds a degree from New Mexico State University in Agricultural Business & Economics and graduate studies in Finance,  and it still a diehard Aggie fan. 

When Jeremiah isn't helping you with your real estate investment  needs you are likely to find him spending time outdoors or working out. An interesting fact about Jeremiah is that he has travelled to over 40 countries over the course of his lifetime and holds an associates in Paramedicine.
