David Haymes

Experience: 

David has assisted clients in brokerage of land including disposition of two residential subdivisions, multi-family properties, mobile home parks, industrial properties, and leasing of retail, industrial, and office properties. He also manages several commercial properties. He successfully utilizes his banking and credit analysis background to assist clients in making informed decisions on all types of investment property.

Personal:
David was born and raised in Lubbock, TX. He attended Monterey High School and Texas Tech University. He spent the last decade working for a community bank in various positions including Branch Manager and Credit Analyst. David is married and has two children. He enjoys golf, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.
