With over 38 years in agricultural banking, commercial banking, business development, and finance, Jay is using his experience and contacts in all facets of commercial real estate. He focuses on development land, farm and ranch, and industrial properties.

Personal: 
Jay grew up on a farm in Floyd County and attended Floydada High School. He graduated from Texas Tech University and Lubbock Christian University where he had a basketball scholarship.

Ag banking has been at the forefront of his career. Jay recently spent eight years with the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce as V.P. of the Business Development Division in charge of the Ag committee, Business Development committee and several others.

Jay has two children. Brad lives with his family in Parker, Colorado and has three children. Daughter Valerie and family live in Lubbock and with three children.

Jay enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, scuba diving, and pottery.
