Mike Baumgardner

As the Sales Director for Levrose, Mike is making an impact assisting in the growth of each of his team members, while helping to ensure their clients expectations are consistently exceeded.

Mike has been a major part of the Arizona Commercial Real Estate industry since 2003 when he joined Costar. After being named the 2011 Top Performer for this national firm, Mike went on to win several “President’s Club” awards. Mike eventually became the Regional Director of Sales for Costar operations in Arizona, New Mexico and Utah managing both Costar and Apartments.com sales teams. In this role, he helped to cultivate relationships with existing clients while continuously assisting with new business opportunities.

Prior to Costar, Mike was in the major accounts division of ADP Payroll Services as well as working for Mobil Oil covering the west coast as a regional manager.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International business from Western Michigan University and has lived in Arizona since 1998.

Impact:
With consistent growth over many years it became time to add an experienced team leader to help grow current teams and encourage other top performers to join LevRose Real Estate.
