Tracy Ols

Tracy is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Hanna Commercial’s property management operations in Ohio.  She directs a portfolio in excess of 3 million square feet which includes office, retail and industrial properties both privately and institutionally held.  Tracy’s knowledge encompasses both the day-to-day operations of the portfolio as well as the financial reporting and strategic management of owner assets.

Tracy also is responsible for business development for property management as well as being a liaison with the brokerage area of Hanna Commercial to ensure cohesion in company communications and combined business development. Tracy was instrumental in a 20% growth in department revenues over a 2 year period.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE

Tracy worked at Zaremba Group, Inc. for seven years where she was a Supervisor of Property Accounting and was involved with all aspects of property management accounting as well as construction and development for commercial and residential real estate and low income housing.
