Russ Menk

Prior to joining Arrow Real Estate in February 2012 Russ was a Vice President / Partner with Legend Properties for three years.

Russ has also been employed as a VP at Grubb & Ellis for three years and spent 25 years with CBRE where he leased or sold over 5 million square feet of commercial real estate specializing in retail, office and medical transactions and was a Top Five Producer in the Philadelphia office. Russ was promoted to Senior Sales Consultant in 1990 and Vice President in 1991 and has been a Gold Award winner from Philadelphia Board of Realtors. Russ is eager to continuing to satisfy the commercial real estate needs of his existing clients, conducting tenant and landlord representation as well as assisting future clients utilizing the full services and resources of Arrow Real Estate.

Prior to specializing in the sale and leasing of commercial real estate, Russ was an Assistant Vice President and Auditor for the Bank of Mid-Jersey. In addition, he has five years of residential real estate experience employed previously with US Home Corporation and Poquessing Realtors.

Russ resides in Southampton, Pennsylvania with his wife and has two college graduated sons. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University, with a major in Accounting. While at Penn State, he was on the Baseball Team and is very active with the PSU Varsity S Alumni Association and fund raising activities.
