Bill Minnick

Bill is a Senior Sales Associate with Arrow’s Industrial & Office Division.

A graduate of Franklin and Marshall College, with a BA in Geology, Bill has worked in the environmental industry for a large of his professional life. Realizing that much of his work was generated as the result of real estate transfers, Bill decided to take the direct approach and pursue a career in real estate; he is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Bill started his career with Coldwell Banker Diamond Elite and then following CBDE he worked for Legend Properties, Inc. Bill is a member of the PA Council of Professional Geologists and LeTip International Professional Networking Group.

Along with his wife, Charlotte, and their four dogs, he recently moved from Moorestown to a small farm in Winslow Twp. They have a son who is a TV news broadcaster at WRAL in Raleigh, NC.
