Paul Licausi, Jr.

Paul is the newest member of the Client Service Division (Accounting and Finance). He has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from St. Louis University and a Master’s degree in Accounting from University of Missouri, Kansas City. Paul served as an intern with LS Commercial Real Estate for the last 5 years so upon joining the firm full time he had already established a strong track record of experience. Paul brings and extensive education and strong work ethic to the company, he is responsible for the accounting and finance for several properties within our managed portfolio. He is also involved in the creation of our annual operating budgets as well as capital formation.

Paul is active in alumni associations for St. Louis University and University of Missouri at Kansas City.
