PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Denise originally began her career in 2004 as a salesperson and through her successes, has attained the Vice President level within the company.

Her territory extends from the south side of Chicago through Lake County, with specialization in northern Cook County including the Niles, Morton Grove, Lincolnwood and Skokie market. Currently, Denise represents owners of approximately 1,195,751 square feet, resulting in market knowledge of almost all current and pending transactions in the Northern Cook market, providing her clients with unique exposure to multiple prospective opportunities.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Since 2005, Denise has sold and leased over 4,500,000 square feet and has been involved in over $300,000,000 in transactions ranging from tenant representation to seller and investor representation.

Denise attained the prestigious level of “Five Hundred Thousand Square Foot Producer” for having leased or sold over 500,000 square feet of industrial property within the near north suburban corridor during a 12 month period. She has received commendations from the Newmark Knight Frank Epic's Board of Directors for mentoring, and was responsible for publishing the Industrial Broker Training Manual for aspiring brokers at the firm.
