Tanda Francis

Tanda Francis serves as the Managing Broker for Price Edwards & Company – Tulsa.  Her responsibilities include the supervision of the Tulsa office as well as serving the marketing and brokerage needs of the firm’s clients.  Prior to joining Price Edwards & Company in 2013, Francis operated Beacon Commercial Group, a full-service brokerage firm that she formed in 2007 after 14 years with Trammell Crow Company.  With commercial real estate experience that spans over 25 years, her experience includes the various industries of commercial real estate: brokerage, sales, leasing and management assignments for corporate, institutional and local clients. 

Francis has provided brokerage and tenant representation services for such notable firms as Bank of Oklahoma, Warren Clinic, Dewberry, Inc., Southern Nazarene University, Best & Sharp, CARCO, Inc., NCO, and Fresenius North America.  Francis has represented such landlords as Archon, CIGNA, CALPERS, ProLogis, Granite Properties, Connecticut Mutual Life, Merrill Lynch Hubbard, Allstate, Trammell Crow Investment Funds, and Verizon.
