During this Thanksgiving season, we want to extend our gratitude to every member firm within TCN Worldwide and to the more than 1500 dedicated commercial real estate professionals who make up our organization! We are honored to work with you and value the many relationships we have established both personally and professionally throughout the years. Your trust and collaboration have been the cornerstone of TCN Worldwide's continued success. This month, TCN Worldwide has the pleasure of welcoming three new member firms, including GLP Values S.A., providing services throughout Greece and the Republic of Cyprus; HG Manor Real Estate, serving the Salt Lake City, Utah metropolitan area; and Robson Goldberg Realty, representing TCN Worldwide throughout Southern New Jersey. This year we have added five new member firms, such as Vision Commercial in the DFW metroplex and Jabe Companies representing Pittsburgh's retail sector, as well as expanded our partnership with the longstanding TCN member firm Hanna Commercial, incorporating their offices in Buffalo, Columbus, Pittsburgh, and Rochester into our growing member roster. In total, we've added 12 new offices so far this year, setting the stage for an exciting 2024. One of the key benefits that we bring to our member firms and their brokers is orchestrating informational or educational webinars that they, in turn, can share with their prospects and clients. As you reach out to your contacts this Thanksgiving, we encourage you to invite them to participate in our annual year-end economic update webinar, 'Commercial Real Estate Close-Up: 2023 Year-End Review and 2024 Outlook.' This year, we are delighted to have Lawrence Yun, Chief Economist for the National Association of Realtors®, as our speaker. The webinar is scheduled for Tuesday, December 5th at 1:00 p.m. PT/4:00 p.m. ET and will cover a variety of topics, including GDP, employment trends, inflation patterns, Federal Reserve policy, the economic forecast for 2024, and opportunities in commercial real estate.
