TCN WORLDWIDE RECOGNIZES MEMBER FIRMS AT ANNUAL FALL CONFERENCE

AWARDS PRESENTED TO MOST ACTIVE MEMBERS IN THE ORGANIZATION

PLANO, TX, NOVEMBER 9, 2009 - H. Ross Ford, president and CEO of TCN Worldwide, is pleased to announce the successful completion of their annual fall conference, which was recently held in Chicago, IL. Attendees of this year's national conference enjoyed several interactive panel discussions as well as educational training programs. The timely agenda included topics such as, How Clients are Dealing with Change in the Economy & How it's Altering Their Strategies; How to Differentiate Yourself in Your Marketplace; and Refinancing, Restructuring and Reviving the Capital Marketplace. The panel discussions included industry leaders as well as representatives from major financial institutions such as, First Midwest Bank; First Place Bank; Bellwether RE Capital, LLC; Levin Ginsburg; and U. S. Bank.

In addition to the training and educational sessions, the organization hosted an awards reception, which allowed TCN Worldwide to recognize some of their most active members for their outstanding contributions to the organization.

Honorees of the Fall Conference included:

Team Player of the Year: Kenneth Ulsaker of Long & Foster Commercial/TCN Worldwide was honored for his continued involvement as Regional VP and his efforts as an active participant at all meetings, offering his years of experience and insight, to strengthen the organization. In addition, Mr. Ulsaker was recognized for his efforts as an instructor at the annual TCN Boot Camp training program.
Initiating the Single Biggest Transaction (by dollar volume): Herb Agin of Sutton & Edwards/TCN Worldwide of Long Island for initiating a 15-year office lease with a transaction value of $8,935,000. Randy Sherman of MHP Real Estate Services/TCN Worldwide was the receiving broker.
Initiating the Most Closed Deals to TCN Worldwide Members: Ben Azulay of Bradford Allen Realty/TCN Worldwide in Chicago for initiating and closing six deals, on behalf of Medspeed LLC, with fellow TCN Worldwide members.
