Economy Watch: Most Metros Enjoying Lower Unemployment Than a Year Ago
Commercial Property Executive: Nearly concurrent with the national employment report released late last week, the Bureau of Labor Statistics also reported that unemployment rates were lower in February than a year earlier in 319 of the 388 U.S. metropolitan areas, higher in 48 areas, and unchanged in 21 areas. That is arguably better for commercial real estate absorption than national numbers, since company growth and site selection tends to take place on a local basis.

Former Pink Pony Restaurant Space in Old Town Scottsdale Sells for $2.65M by Levrose Commercial Real Estate/TCN Worldwide
Member Deal Announcement: Levrose Commercial Real Estate/TCN Worldwide has completed the sale of the former Pink Pony restaurant space in Old Town Scottsdale at a Scottsdale office building at 3831 North Scottsdale Road. HUMBL, LLC purchased the 8,315 square foot Scottsdale restaurant space from SL, LLC for $2,650,000. Geoff Turbow of Levrose Commercial Real Estate facilitated the sale. |
