TCN Worldwide is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to its 2016-2017 Board of Directors. Newly joining TCN Worldwide’s Board of Directors are David Plumley and William Sitar Jr.
David Plumley is currently the Managing Member/CFO and co-founder of Principal Associates/TCN Worldwide in Detroit. In 1993, he founded EMACO, LLC for the purpose of acquiring investment properties in the Detroit metropolitan area and currently serves as its Managing Partner. Dave began a career in the commercial real estate business concentrating in sales and leasing of industrial, office and investment properties in 1997. In addition, he provides consulting services for the resolution of property tax issues.
William Sitar Jr. is a Vice President of Sitar Realty Company/TCN Worldwide, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in New Jersey. Prior to joining Sitar, he served as equity analyst at Solomon Smith Barney, clerked for Honorable Alan A. Rockoff and Honorable John S. Kuhlthau in the Superior Court of New Jersey and was a partner at the law firm of Mandelbaum & Mandelbaum. In his role as Vice President, Bill leverages his 20 years of experience in the areas of real estate brokerage, legal services, and development work. His local market expertise and legal experience enable him to provide comprehensive corporate and commercial real estate solutions for his clients.

David S. Greene, Principal/President, Brokerage Services at New York City-based MHP Real Estate Services/TCN Worldwide. Mr. Greene will serve as Chairman of the Board.
Barry Beitler, President of Beitler Commercial Realty Services/TCN Worldwide in Los Angeles. Mr. Beitler will serve as Vice Chair.
Gerald Sullivan, Principal and Managing Broker at Paine/Wetzel TCN Worldwide in Chicago. Mr. Sullivan will serve as Treasurer.
David Wallach, CCIM, President and Broker of Barclay Street Real Estate/TCN Worldwide in Calgary, AB. Mr. Wallach will serve as Secretary.
David Plumley, Managing Member/CFO at Principal Associates/TCN Worldwide in Detroit, will serve as an at-large Board Member.
William Sitar Jr., Vice President at Sitar Realty/TCN Worldwide in New Jersey, will serve as an at-large Board Member.
