TCN Worldwide 2023 Spring Conference: Top Producer Retreat and Sales Training! ~ POST-CONFERENCE WRAP-UP (Video)

Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming the best of the best in commercial real estate to the Dominican Republic for this year’s TCN Worldwide Spring Conference for a week of networking and strategy! We kicked off the event with a lively Caribbean cocktail reception, complete with a white carpet entrance!

Some of our organization's top brokers joined us this year for the TCN Worldwide 2023 Spring Conference — Top Producer Retreat and Sales Training Event! With ample time scheduled to enjoy the beautiful beaches and the first-class resort amenities, our schedule included best practices and information-rich sessions in the mornings, a networking and awards luncheon, and team building beachside where we found out we have some very talented and creative sand sculptors among us.

Congratulations to Eric Odum of Florida ROI Commercial/TCN Worldwide in Tampa, who was recognized at this year's conference, receiving the TCN Worldwide/Barry Beitler Team Player Award! Ben Azulay with Bradford Allen/TCN Worldwide in Chicago received the award for initiating the most assignments (14) in 2022. And last but certainly not least, Tony Delguyd received the award for initiating the transaction with the highest value in 2022. Tony Delguyd of Hanna Commercial/TCN Worldwide in Cleveland initiated a transaction to Tom Ferguson of Premier Commercial/TCN Worldwide in Indianapolis with a closing transaction value of $12,500,000!
