Norris & Stevens/TCN Worldwide Brokers $1.6M Investment Sale of Mini Storage in Portland, Oregon
Macadam Moving LLC recently completed the $1,600,000 purchase of a mini storage warehouse located at 5620-5622 S Kelly Ave in Portland, Oregon. Constructed in 1964 as a warehouse and renovated into a mini storage in 1998, the approximately 17,322 square foot retail building is located in the heart of South Portland. Equipped with 168 individual storage units, the facility also includes four office/retail spaces and a freight elevator. Greg Nesting and Gabe Schnitzer with Portland-based Norris & Stevens Inc. represented the Seller. |
