Forte Real Estate Partners has represented Pella Northland in a new 85,000 sq. ft. lease in Crosstown North Business Center V, 9100 Wyoming Ave N, Brooklyn Park for its corporate office and distribution space. The window and door distributor has consolidated two office/warehouse locations into the new location to support efficiency and growth. Forte’s Dan Lofgren, senior vice president – Advisory, and Jim Jetland, principal, advised the company’s site review, and lease negotiations, while Wally Tufvander, vice president – Project Management, collaborated with the company on its relocation and renovation project management.
