Congratulations! Starboard Commercial/TCN Worldwide in San Francisco has completed a retail assignment with Levrose Commercial Real Estate/TCN Worldwide in Scottsdale. Craig Hansson of Starboard Commercial/TCN Worldwide in San Francisco initiated the assignment and worked with Mark Cassell and Matt Beeks at Levrose Commercial Real Estate/TCN Worldwide in Scottsdale to complete this 17,000 SF lease for the retail portion of a former Pep Boys store.
