Vision Commercial/TCN Worldwide in DFW Inks Nearly 30K SF of New and Extended Leases

Vision Commercial Real Estate is proud to announce nearly 30,000 SF of new leases and lease renewals to the City Line Business Center in Richardson. Vision Commercial Capital Group purchased the property at 2050 N Plano Road in July 2022, and made nearly $1 million dollars of major improvements to the 75,000 SF business center, including exterior painting, landscaping upgrades, roof replacement, re-striping of the parking lot, and upgrades to the common areas.
