Pacific Coast Commercial/TCN Worldwide in San Diego Brokers Sale of Historic Pt Loma/Midway District Property for $3.925 Million; Plans for Modern Hawley Lofts Unveiled
Member Deal Announcement: The iconic commercial property at 2844-2918 Lytton St., San Diego, California, has been acquired by Mana Investments for $3,925,000. Spanning five parcels and 37,135 sq. ft., the property includes five automotive commercial buildings that cover approximately 7,700 sq. ft. Mana Investments, spearheaded by Orville Power, plans to transform the site into the 74-unit Hawley Lofts. Ken Robak of Pacific Coast Commercial represented the seller, Donald L Hawley Trust, in this transaction. |

Member Deal Announcement: The Tenant, VIDA Coworking, leased four suites of office space.
