OptumServe Health Services, Inc. recently completed the $1,400,392 lease of Suite 230 at the Cascade II Building, located at 1925 NE Stucki Avenue in Hillsboro, Oregon. Constructed in 1999, the Cascade II Building is a medical office building that is part of a 9-building business park. The four-story building is approximately 97,000 square feet, and the leased suite is approximately 6,092 square feet. Tim Budelman with Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc. represented the Tenant.
