Unique Properties, Inc./TCN Worldwide in Denver Sells Southmoore Townhomes for $5,300,000

Member Deal Announcement: Unique Properties, Inc./TCN Worldwide in Denver is pleased to announce the sale of Southmoore Townhomes – 40 Townhome style units located at 1745 W 30th Street in Greeley, Colorado. Philip Dankner represented the buyer in the transaction.

TCN Worldwide’s Transatlantic Partner, GVA, as the Exclusive Broker to the Seller, Sold Spektrum Tower for approximately €101 million.

Member Deal Announcement: Spektrum Tower, an A-class landmark office tower, located in Warsaw Central Business District at 18 Twarda street, was sold by Europa Capital to Globalworth, the leading office investor in Central and Eastern Europe, for around €101 million. GVA acted as the exclusive broker to the seller.
