TCN Worldwide's affiliate in Bucharest, Romania, Activ Property Services/TCN Worldwide, is working with both LevRose Commercial/TCN Worldwide and Moody Rambin/TCN Worldwide to secure investment properties in the Phoenix and Houston markets on behalf of their client, an international investor based out of Romania.

Razvan Gheorghe, Managing Director of Activ Property Services/TCN Worldwide, and his clients have met with representatives from both LevRose Commercial and Moody Rambin in their respective markets along with Ross Ford, President and CEO of TCN Worldwide.
 

William Sitar Jr., Vice President at Sitar Realty/TCN Worldwide, will serve as Chairman of TCN Worldwide‘s Board of Directors.

Member Deal Announcement: Sitar Realty Company, Iselin, New Jersey announced the property at 2231 Landmark Place in Wall Township, New Jersey has sold for $7,700,610. The 38,762 sq. ft., two-story warehouse/office building on 3.49 acres was sold by Manasquan Bank to Shore Property No2, LLC of Lakewood, New Jersey. Douglas Sitar, Executive Vice President and Robert JanTausch, Senior Director, were the brokers on this transaction.
