First Logistics Center @ 283 gets $40M Long-Term Lease
Central Penn Business Journal: Landmark Commercial Realty/TCN Worldwide Represented JAS Worldwide to secure the new space at the First Logistics Center. JAS Worldwide, a global leader in freight forwarding and logistics solutions, has committed to a long-term lease agreement for a 350,000-square-foot facility at First Logistics Center @ 283, Elizabethtown. The lease agreement has a total value of $40 million over the next decade, Landmark said. |
