Congratulations to Unique Properties/TCN Worldwide in Denver!
The Unique Apartment Group submitted the TCN Worldwide transaction with the highest total value completed during the 2nd quarter of this year, a multifamily sale valued at $110,000,000!
Elliott Polanchyck, Will McCauley, Phil Dankner, Kevin Higgins, and Marc Lippitt of Unique Properties/TCN Worldwide and the Unique Apartment Group were the exclusive agents in the transaction. Terra Village is situated just northwest of Sloan’s Lake on 26th Avenue. The 402-unit property sold for $273,631 per unit or $324/SF.

Price Edwards & Company/TCN Worldwide Brokered the Sale of 27.08 Acres at 9500 W. Reno Avenue, Oklahoma City for $2.25M and will Serve as the Leasing Broker for the New Class A Industrial Development
Member Deal Announcement: Chris Roberts with Price Edwards represented TriStar Properties in the transaction and will be leasing the space. The 27+ acre site has frontage on I-40 and Reno Avenue and is in close proximity to the I-40 and Morgan Road Interchange. TriStar Properties has developed over 15 million square feet and $1.1 billion in industrial assets. They expect to deliver the first class A industrial building on the site by mid-2023; plans are being finalized for up to 450,000 square feet of space.

Ft. development site at 2042-2046 W Irving Park Rd in the desirable North Center neighborhood of Chicago. The buyer added value to the transaction by successfully up-zoning the property to allow for development of a 20-unit multi-family building with a mix of large studio, 1-bed, 2-bed and 3-bed apartment units.
