Member Deal Announcement: Sayer Living Trust recently completed the $3,250,000 sale of an approximately 10,000 SF retail space located at 5341 SE McLoughlin Boulevard in Portland Oregon. The single-story freestanding building was constructed in 1951, and was previously occupied by a paint store. The shell is 9,920 SF, with a 1,200 SF office and a 3,450 SF storage shed. Greg Nesting and Gabe Schnitzer with Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc. represented the Seller, Sayer Living Trust in the transaction, as well as the Buyer, APG McLoughlin, LLC.
