Member Deal Announcement: UAA Glen Ridge, LLC recently completed the $5,550,000 purchase of Glen Ridge Apartments, a 39-unit, multi-family complex located at 8015 SW Hall Boulevard, Beaverton, Oregon in Washington County. The 27,925 square foot apartment complex was constructed in 1997 and is situated on 1.78 acres of land. David C.
