It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we say goodbye to Dan Harmsen.

Dan was a long-time TCN member and a Principal at Barclay Street Real Estate, TCN's affiliate in Calgary and Edmonton. With a strong business analysis background and more than 20 years in commercial real estate, Dan offered his clients' a unique perspective and worked tirelessly to fully understand their business and effectively advocate and negotiate for their best interests.

As all who met him know, Dan had a larger-than-life personality and a smile to match with tremendous passion for commercial real estate as well as the arts. As an art enthusiast and community activist, Dan spearheaded many community initiatives through Barclay Street as well as personally including music, film, and festival sponsorships.

Dan had a way about him...he touched many lives in the industry and throughout TCN and will be so very missed.

Member Deal Announcement: Congratulations to Zak Kottler, Joe Cosgrove, Hunter Chasse, and Aaron Cook of LevRose/TCN Worldwide facilitated the sale of 8742 E. Via de Commercio in Scottsdale. Totaling 11,787 square feet, the office building was sold by Canyon Capital X, LLC for $3,900,000 in late March and purchased by Zacapa XO, LLC.
