Member Deal Announcement: Landmark’s Thomas T. Posavec and Roy Brenner recently handled the lease of two office suites located at 2400 Thea Drive in Susquehanna Township. Both suites (101 and 102), which are 47,369 square feet each, were leased by Clark Resources, Inc., a minority-owned business enterprise (MBE) that provides inbound and outbound telephone services to major companies.
