Paramount Real Estate Corporation/TCN Worldwide in Minneapolis completed a 40,000+ SF industrial lease transaction with Moody Rambin/TCN Worldwide in Houston.

Philip Simonet at Paramount Real Estate initiated the assignment and worked with Jim Autenreith at Moody Rambin to complete this transaction. Originally a 50/50 split but Phil decided Jim did such a GREAT JOB that he earned an additional 10%!

Bob Gulley at Moody Rambin/TCN Worldwide in Houston is working on a referral sent by Ford Price, Jr. at Price Edwards & Company/TCN Worldwide in Oklahoma City to complete a land acquisition for an industrial site in the Houston area.

Jeff Swanson of Paramount Real Estate Corporation/TCN Worldwide in Minneapolis has referred a retail transaction to TCN’s prospective member in San Diego, McKinney Capital & Advisory. Jamie Keller of McKinney Capital & Advisory has been assigned the deal.

The sale price was $5,600,000. Giorgio Vasilis was the salesperson in this transaction.
