Hanna Commercial Real Estate/TCN Worldwide in Cleveland has completed an assignment with Arrow Real Estate/TCN Worldwide in Philadelphia. Anthony Delguyd at Hanna Commercial initiated the deal and worked with Russ Menk at Arrow Real Estate to complete this 8,000+ square foot, 7-year lease.
