Brent Fredricks of Moody Rambin/TCN Worldwide in Houston with Raymond Duchek and Thomas McDowell at Norris-Stevens/TCN Worldwide exclusively represented PEIT, LLC in the sale of 505 N Oak Street, a 6,786 SF NNN leased AutoZone in Pearsall, Texas. Moody Rambin’s affiliation with TCN Worldwide provided the referral, which was initiated by TCN's Portland affiliate, Norris & Stevens.
