Brent Fredricks of Moody Rambin/TCN Worldwide in Houston with Raymond Duchek and Thomas McDowell at Norris-Stevens/TCN Worldwide exclusively represented PEIT, LLC in the sale of 505 N Oak Street, a 6,786 SF NNN leased AutoZone in Pearsall, Texas. Moody Rambin’s affiliation with TCN Worldwide provided the referral, which was initiated by TCN's Portland affiliate, Norris & Stevens.

Russ Menk of Arrow Real Estate Services/TCN Worldwide in Philadelphia and Bill Falagaris of Barclay Street/TCN Worldwide in Calgary, who initiated the TCN referral, completed a seven-year, 9,000 SF office lease in the Philadelphia area. Buildout has been completed and the tenant is scheduled to move in May 31st.
