Starboard Commercial/TCN Worldwide Announces the Sale of 122 & 130 9th St. in San Francisco for $13,300,000
TMember Deal Announcement: Located in the popular SOMA District of San Francisco, the adjacent buildings included 122 9th Street, a two-story property with parking, and 130 9th Street, a three-story property was purchased for $13,300,000 by a local family investor group based in Marin County. The buyer was represented by Jerry Adamson of Starboard Commercial Real Estate/TCN Worldwide.
Bradford Allen/TCN Worldwide in Chicago Welcomes Wipfli to Tri-State Office Center
Member Deal Announcement: Dan Fernitz, Executive Managing Director of Bradford Allen Realty Services, is pleased to announce that the firm has recently completed a new lease with Wipfli LLP (Wipfli) for 33,431-square-feet at Tri-State Office Center in Lincolnshire, Illinois. Bradford Allen was named the exclusive leasing agent for the five-building, 560,000 square foot office, Class A office complex upon the sale of the property back in September 2017.

Member Deal Announcement: TCN Worldwide principals Jerry Sullivan and Ed Wabick represented Great Lakes Reloading in the purchase of a 386,675-square-foot warehouse facility at 13535 S. Torrence Ave. Pricing was not disclosed. The new owners provide shipping and warehousing services.
Levrose Commercial Real Estate/TCN Worldwide has Completed the sale of a 20,134-Square-Foot Retail Strip Center for $3,600,000.
Member Deal Announcement: Levrose Commercial Real Estate/TCN Worldwide has completed the sale of a 20,134 square foot El Mirage retail strip center at 13915 N. Dysart Road. REM Plaza, LLC purchased the Rancho El Mirage Plaza strip center located just north of the northeast corner of Thunderbird and Dysart Roads in El Mirage, AZ from Casa Mirage Properties, LLC for $3,600,000. Trenton McCullough and Mark Cassell of Levrose Commercial Real Estate/TCN Worldwide facilitated the sale.
