Pacific Coast Commercial announced the sale of Carriage Center West, a 4.47-acre Shopping Center located in Poway, San Diego. The property was purchased alongside the former Poway Fun Bowl, totaling 6.60 net acres and two parcels. The development project which will be constructed by Fairfield Residential will contribute to a more cohesive Poway Road, as envisioned in the Poway Road Specific Plan. The development project will include 212 market-rate apartment homes, approximately 11,364 SF of retail, and 9,955 SF for a public plaza.
