Please join us for the 2019 TCN Worldwide Spring Conference being held April 29th-30th at The Watergate Hotel in Washington D.C. 

The 2019 Spring Conference for Principals will begin with an opening reception on the evening of Sunday, April 28, with sessions from 9 am on Monday the 29th through 1 pm on Tuesday, April 30th.  Please book your flights accordingly!

Enjoy a pleasant Sunday drive along the Silver Line corridor from the Watergate to the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum at Dulles Airport.  See and hear how all types of CRE were affected by Metro’s $6.8 billion expansion, (the largest in its history).

On this guided, "time travel" bus tour learn how a cow pasture became the center of one-quarter of the total US office inventory (26.8 million sq ft Tyson's Corner)….in fifty years or less!  Admire the 360 views from the museum tower, have a snack on the bus, and if you are lucky…win a door prize!!

$325 double (Superior Double) - five rooms available at this rate.
              Once these five rooms are booked, the rate will be $365 for double rooms.

TCN’s group rate is available 3 days before and after our conference dates, based on room availability at the time of booking.
