Ross Ford, president and CEO of TCN Worldwide, is pleased to announce Nexus TCN Worldwide (Metro Commercial Property Pty Ltd trading as Nexus Property Solutions), as the newest member of the international real estate services organization. Founded in 2014, Nexus TCN Worldwide is a full service real estate firm that specializes in inner city sales and leasing, generally within a 5km radius of the Brisbane CBD.
Nexus TCN Worldwide is led by Chris McLeod, Chris McKinnon, and Paul Barrett, together with Terry McKinnon as special consultant to the Board. The company was formed in March 2014 as a start up with the principals coming from different companies: Terry McKinnon served as managing director of two international commercial brokerage firms, Chesterton International and Debenham Tewson; Chris McLeod comes to Nexus TCN Worldwide with 13 years experience in commercial property; Chris McKinnon has previous experience in the commercial real estate and has recently completed his tertiary studies in the area of commerce; and Paul Barrett is a solicitor with over 20 years of experience in property development and a former partner in one of Brisbane’s biggest legal firms. The firm specializes in leasing and sale of office and retail properties, as well as investment properties and property management.
