Happy Fourth of July and Thank You to our TCN Members, Near and Far

As we approach the 4th of July holiday here in the states, we wanted to take a moment to thank all of our members both in the U.S. and internationally. Celebrating independence is certainly not uniquely American; countries around the globe celebrate their independence in various ways at various times throughout the year, and yet as much as we value our independence it’s in coming together we show our true strength.

TCN recently ranked among the Top 10 Most Powerful Brokerage Firms in the commercial real estate industry as ranked by Commercial Property Executive for their 15 Most Powerful Brokerage Firms of 2020 feature—Together we ranked at #5 in Leasing and #8 in Sales!

Together, we’ve faced the challenges that 2020 has presented to us, our industry, and the world. Together, we’ve shared ideas and concepts—those that have worked and those that haven’t, as well as logistical and practical steps to move forward.

It’s through this collaboration TCN has its greatest strength and it’s the thing we at TCN HQ are most proud of, a culture that's been fundamental to TCN for over three decades. From weekly Principals calls, ongoing Specialty Group discussions, and the many TCN Webinars and Zoom meetings, it’s the open and generous collaboration of our independent member firms and their agents during this time that stands out to us as we prepare to celebrate this independence day.

Thank you to everyone that dialed-in, contributed ideas, viewed training sessions, and shared what you were and are experiencing in your market. We hope that you and your families are safe as are ours.
