POST-CONFERENCE WRAP-UP

Last week, we proudly hosted the 2025 TCN Institute, a two-and-a-half-day training conference designed specifically for agents with one to five years of experience. Held in Dallas, TX, the event brought together new agents from across the TCN Worldwide network to build critical skills, forge new relationships, and learn how to maximize the value of TCN’s resources.

We kicked off the program with a focus on foundational skills, including effective prospecting strategies and an in-depth look at real estate cycles—critical tools for understanding client needs and navigating today’s market. The evening wrapped up with a fun-filled networking dinner at Mi Cocina, where agents connected over Tex-Mex favorites.

Days two and three built on the momentum with sessions focused on the core skills that drive success in commercial real estate—market research, client communication, time management, and how to win business in a competitive landscape. Agents explored TCN’s digital tools and resources, gaining practical insights they can apply immediately. The agenda also emphasized relationship-building, with networking opportunities like the evening mixer at PopStroke helping foster meaningful connections across TCN Worldwide.

With a few small agenda adjustments along the way, due to weather-related travel delays, the event came together seamlessly—delivering a high-impact experience filled with hands-on learning, practical insights, and strong connections. Thank you to all of our speakers and attendees for making this year’s Institute a standout success.
