2022 TCN Worldwide West + Central Region Conference ~ POST-CONFERENCE WRAP-UP

Thank you to all who attended last week's TCN Worldwide West + Central Regional Conference in Scottsdale! It was exciting to see so many familiar faces, and several first-time attendees, from the West + Central regions in person. We thank you for making the event a success—there was a real sense of enthusiasm to be networking in person again!

We want to thank LevRose Commercial, our Scottsdale member and host of this year’s West + Central Regional Conference. Jon and his team at LevRose went above and beyond to scout locations for evening activities as well as speakers to ensure all who attended had a great experience and ample time to connect with their fellow TCN members. Thank you to LevRose for graciously hosting our Thursday evening event—a fun-filled night with food trucks, cocktails, and networking, hosted at their office in Old Town, Scottsdale.

Special thanks to Jerry Sullivan, Tim Mitchell, Jon Rosenberg, and Mike Baumgardner who stepped in to help make introductions and lead sessions as well as to our presenters, Paul Hendershot, Ken McElroy, Fred Schmidt, David Wallach, Marty Cleckler, and Jason Reddington.

Mike Baumgardner with LevRose Commercial did an outstanding job running our Speed Meeting session which got great reviews. Paul Hendershot, Sr. Director of Market Analytics at CoStar Group, delivered an informative Economic Update. Ken McElroy, Real Estate Investor, Author, & Motivational Speaker shared his insight in a fast-paced session, "Understanding the Market, Understanding Relationships and Building Your Business by Using Both". Fred Schmidt, Managing Partner at Valuation Alliance, presented "The New Dynamics of Presentations: How to Stand Out Both Virtually and Live" and shared his placemat presentation technique. Thank you to Jon Rosenberg, who moderated the session "The Arc of Your Career: How to Up your Game", as well as our panel participants, David Wallach, Marty Cleckler, and Jason Reddington, who shared their years of experience and insights to success in commercial real estate.

We look forward to TCN Worldwide's East Region Conference in Sarasota later this month. The conference is being held March 24th - 25th at Embassy Suites Sarasota. The event is geared toward the East region but all TCN members are welcome to attend, so if you need a break from the cold it's not too late!
