RICHARDSON, TX. (September 24, 2015) – H. Ross Ford III, President & CEO of TCN Worldwide Real Estate Services, joins David Greene, Chairman of the TCN Worldwide Board of Directors, in announcing that economist Hugh F. Kelly PhD, CRE will lead the organization’s Real Estate Economic Committee. Dr. Kelly will be tasked with evaluating real estate trends in the markets that TCN’s member firms serve, generating quarterly reports for the international network's members to use and share with their clients.
Dr. Kelly is Clinical Professor at New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate where he has taught for 30 years. He is widely cited in the real estate industry and is a frequent speaker around the world. Most recently, Dr. Kelly was a featured speaker at the Metro Chapter of the Appraisal Institute in New York City and will also present at the upcoming Expo Real in Munich.
